Help Our Mom Beat Cancer!!!

Dear Friends and Family,
As most of you may or may not know, my Mother has been battling (very bravely) a rare form of Stage 3 ColoRectal Cancer. She was recently admitted to the ER for heavy bleeding...After several Cat Scans the doctors believe the cancer may have spread from her colon to her lungs...as they have found 20 nodules on her lungs.
We need to raise $15,000.00 immediately for two (2) things:
A) A trip Orlando to get a unique 7-day treatment from world renowned Dr. Hou.... who's treatment has been known to have a high success rate with fighting cancer.
B) Expenses to continue treatment upon returning home from Florida. Obviously cancer cannot be cured in 7 days, so it's necessary for her to continue the program once she returns to CA.
She's currently been living in the Mt. Shasta, CA area while dealing with this disease. This is an agonizingly painful, debiliting, and potentially fatal disease and it has bedridden her at times. She has been unable to work and treatment costs (expensive, but far less than conventional medicine would demand) have exhausted her savings.
Too often she has had to suspend treatment when her money ran out, or has been forced to chose between continuing treatment costs or living expenses, which has set back her healing process.... That is what we hope to change with this round of fundraising.
Family and close friends have sent what we can... And as some of you may know, we've also done one round of fundraising through the online site www.GoFundMe.com/KarensHealing. This allowed her to get a similar treatment in the Colorado area. While this was beneficial to her healing , there weren't enough resources for her to continue the treatment upon her return home. And all the healing gain she made through the treatment were set back.
This is why we're doing a 2nd round of fundraising with the emphasis on not only another round of intense treatment at the clinic in Florida, but also an emphasis raising enough funds to continue the treatment for another year upon returning home.
We beleive if we reach this goal she will have a fighting chance to beat this disease.
