Molly the Magnificent Memorial Fund

Many family and friends have asked how they can help the Worner family after the heavenly home going of their beautiful 13 year old, Molly the Magnificent. Molly  lived life to the fullest for the last 18 months after her diagnosis with DIPG.

The invisible invader, Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma was unveiled in Molly's brain on July 22, 2016 after an MRI at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.  Molly's faith along with her parents and 5 siblings has been lived out before a watching world as they purposed to make the most of the time that was allotted for Molly on this earth.  Molly desired to be a missionary and God honored that desire as her life spoke volumes to multitudes about her faith in Jesus Christ. She knew this earth was not her forever home.

The Worner family has spent the last 18 months under the shadow of DIPG yet they never let that shadow dim the light that emanated from this vivacious girl. Molly desired to see her family continue to live their lives to the fullest despite the Molly sized hole that will now exist in their hearts. This fund will go towards allowing the Worners to make new memories and to heal as a family. The funds will also go towards taking care of any outstanding medical bills.

Molly lived her life with generosity and compassion towards so many that came across her path. She would not want any of us to mourn as those who have no hope, but she would want us to make the most of our days. Molly is no longer suffering, she is completely whole, breathing celestial air.  However, the path left for the family to walk without Molly will be a difficult one. They will purpose to keep their eyes on Jesus and they cherish your prayers for them as they find their new normal.

Thank you for your gifts that will enable the Worners to find this new normal, to honor Magnificent Molly's life and continue to make memories with their family that will last a lifetime. They live with the hope that is theirs through Jesus Christ that one day they will see their beautiful girl again in a heavenly home. A heavenly home where no doubt Molly has built tree houses and is taking care of all the animals including insects, reptiles and skinks.
