Why I want to be your next Miss Illinois USA:
Fox 32 Alzheimer's Segment
My desire to be a philanthropist and an Alzheimer's awareness advocate is what fuels me to compete in pageants. A little over a year ago, I lost my warrior to Alzheimer's Disease. I watched my granny stress and worry as my grandfather's condition worsened. As a family, we felt helpless.
Therefore, I decided to turn this test into a testimony by sharing my story with Illinois, and lobbying with policy makers on behalf of the Alzheimer's Association. Winning Miss Illinois USA 2016 will enable me to continue to lend my voice to the charities that need assistance in sharing their message.
What does your donation go toward?
Entrance Fee: $295
Sponsorship Fee: $1,000
Evening Gown: $900
Competition Wardrobe: $300
Program book photography and styling: $400
Hair & Make up: $200
Coaching: $1,000
*Any donation that I will not be needing will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association-Greater Illinois Chapter.
