Help Lilly Fund Miracle for Nanna
Help Lili make a medical miracle happen for her Nanna.
Hi, my name is Liliana, and my Nanna is suffering with, "Mixed Connective Tissue Disease" (MCTD), Lupus, and a very rare, debilitatingly, painful condition called, "Trigeminal Neuropathy," (caused by her third reconstructive surgery), which is referred to as the, "Suicide Syndrome," because of the unbearable pain. 
Nanna's jaw was locked closed for three months when she had a stroke during surgery in January. The stroke left her with partial vision in her right eye, and the surgery DIDN'T fix her locked jaw.
In April, Nanna had another surgery to fix her degenerating, locked jaw on the right side. The surgery helped her jaw open a little, but caused a serious staph infection in her bones, and damaged her right ear canal, so now, she can't hear me very well, unless I talk and sing in her other ear.
In October, Nanna had yet, another reconstructive jaw surgery to fix her left side. The surgery damaged her facial nerves and left her with paralysis on the left side of her face, and a terrible painful, rare condition, called "Trigeminal Neuropathy". 
My Nanna hasn't been able to work for almost a year; which has been really good for me, because we get to be together all of the time! But, its been hard on Nanna financially because she worries about how she's going to pay for all the medical bills that insurance doesn't cover.
She could really use your kind generosity to help her afford the very expensive, out-of-network, and special alternative medical treatments she must have so she can get all better. 
On an up note, my Nanna is my everything! She is my most favorite snuggle buddy, and she loves me so much! I know she hurts a lot when we play, but she always keeps smiling, even when she feels bad.
Please help my Nanna to smile all the time, again; and not have to hide and cry when her pain is terrible.
