Fix my driveway

This morning my husband Mike left for work at about 6:30.  It was dark and when he got to the portion of our driveway that goes over a culvert, he thought he saw a hole in the road just ahead of him.  As he stopped,suddenly the entire road disappeared beneath him.  He said it felt like the longest fall of hislife,  When he stopped, the Blazer was resting against the opposite embankment on its headlights and he could hear the water rushing below him.  Thankfully, by basically using the Blazer as a ladder, he was able to get up the bank. 

The bad news is that, in addition to the Blazer being totalled, we are now missing about 20 feet of driveway and there is a hole about 20 feet deep with the culvert crushed at the bottom.  Getting a new culvert is bad enough, but the fill dirt is going to take about 25 dump trucks of dirt.  We  don't have the money to fix it and it's the only road to our house,  We were able to drive my car across the field in front of our house, up to the highway. 

I would have liked to just fence off the big hole & make a road across our field, but Montana DOT won't let up build a road to directly access the highway.  Our current turnoff is shared by more than one property.

Repairing the ditch (pulling out all the fallen trees, old culvert etc), getting another culvert & getting the fill dirt is going to cost somewhere aroung $5000.00. Our homeowner's insurance will not cover surface water or erosion damage, so no help there.
