Miles for MSA is a 100-mile running, or 300-mile biking challenge in a 30-day time frame where participants raise money and share updates along the way. <div><em>The 4U Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) through annual events like the Miles for MSA Run &amp; Bike Challenge. Its mission focuses on three core areas: supporting families affected by MSA with direct financial assistance for care and equipment, investing in research to advance understanding and treatment of the disease, and funding initiatives that improve quality of life. The foundation also offers a scholarship program for undergraduate business students at Marist College who are Division I athletes, encouraging academic, athletic, and philanthropic excellence while building awareness and community impact.</em>
