Mighty Quin (Wonder Girl)

(Updated Story: 12/11/2017) - I am sending this update through social media again in hopes to making the GoFundMe goal for this sweet family. Little Quin Yates has been through the unimaginable in the last 45 days in the ICU. She was twice placed on breathing Life Support (ECMO) and has undergone approximately 5-6 surgeries. Her little body has been poked, prodded, and cut into so many times we lost count. There is a reason we call her ‘The Mighty Quin’. It’s not just a name that we wished would fit her personality, it’s the perfect match to how she has fought every situation she has had to endure in her short life so far. Quin is currently doing slightly better but still is a resident of the ICU. She has made remarkable steps in the right direction in the last week. We still do not have all the answers on why she is so sick. Please pray for Quin and if you have a minute, please share this post so as many people see it as possible. (Original Story: 11/2017) - Melanie And Cindy Yates have 2 beautiful twin girls, Ryan and Quin. I am not really sure what they will be needing but one of their baby twins is fighting to stay alive. She got suddenly sick out of the blue one day and they thought she had a common cold and within a few hours, Little Quin was in the ICU then being transferred via helicopter from Plano to Downtown Dallas Children’s hospital and now is on life support. Their situation deteriorated very quickly and we are all scrambling to figure out what to do for them. They can no longer stay in the ICU room with her overnight due to the furniture having to be removed to have room for all of the equipment this little sweet baby has to be on. I have reserved hotel rooms for them so they can be closer to her in case anything changes but I am certain there will be much more needed in the coming weeks that I can’t think of at this time. This is where starting this account for them comes in. I have no clue what they will be needing but it will not be free whatever it is. I don’t know how well these things work but i’m Praying it will at least put them at ease...somehow. I also don’t know how long she will be in the ICU but it has been a week already with not much improvement. Quin is only barely over one years old and needs a fighting chance in this world.
