Volunteering in Tanzania

It has long been a goal of mine to volunteer abroad. Having had the opportunity to be a member and coach of a team that was very culturally diverse really opened my eyes to the world outside of my own little "bubble." After a lot of research I found a safe and reputable program through Cross Cultural Solutions. I am excited to announce that I have reserved a spot to travel to Moshi, Tanzania this upcoming July!
I couldn't be more thrilled about this opportunity to help in ways I never thought I would be able to. I am excited to put the knowledge and skills I have learned through my college education and career to help improve the lives of others less fortunate than me.

I've been saving and budgeting for this trip while also doing different types of fundraising..it has been an exciting yet stressful process. However, I know it will be worth it in the end. I know many people donate yearly or even monthly to their own respectable charities, so this year I ask that you think about sending your proceeds to help sponsor my trip to Tanzania.
