Michelle's Senior Year and Beyond

Donation protected
Nineteen years ago, we were blessed with a tiny little baby. We brought Michelle Ashley home after she spent four days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and officially adopted her into our family . She is a sweet special needs child who genuinely cares for people and touches the lives of everyone she meets. As her parents, we want Michelle to experience life to the fullest, and help her achieve her goals and dreams. This is not always easy. Her dad is disabled and I work parttime, but we do our best.
This year, she is a senior in high school and we're faced with many expenses. In additon to the usual costs such as senior portraits and yearbook, Michelle is a second year choir member. In April of 2018, she has the opportunity to participate in the Spring Tour, a four-day event held in the San Francisco Bay Area. The cost per person is $450. She'll need someone from the family to accompany her, bringing the total to $900.
For years, she has talked about going to Disneyland. We both worked at the time so we promised to take her as a graduation gift. Things have changed with my husband's disability, but we're not giving up which is why we're humbling ourselves and asking for your help.
This is pullling us out of our comfort zones, but we'll do anything for our Michelle.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. We'll be grateful for any amount you feel led to give. If you're unable to give money, your prayers are priceless and appreciated.
