This page has been set up by the Denver Health and University of Colorado Emergency Medicine Departments for K Michelle Dominguez. This is something we felt very passionatly about setting up for her and we thank our leadership for making this happen.
Michelle was diagnosed with a brain tumor in March. She was able to have urgent brain surgery to remove parts of the tumor but has a very long road of recovery and continued treatment ahead of her, which will include a great number of medical bills. This will entail radiation as soon as medically safe, and further work and follow up with neuro-opthalomogist, radiation oncologist, neurosurgeons, and primary care physicians, as well as ongoing repeat MRI assessments of the tumor and her progress over the next months to over a year. She is so grateful for all the strength giving support she's received thus far.
Please open your hearts and wallets to give to this worthy cause to help Michelle, as she would say "successfully knock this tumor outta the park as soon as possible and with as little residual effects as possible".
