Michael Cailleteau brain healing

Donation protected
Many of you know Michael Cailleteau, from Friendswood, TX. You know what an extraordinarily loving and kind person he has always been. Dear Michael suffered a brain hemorrhage on December 17, 2017 and then had two strokes in the hospital. After being in ICU and not waking up for 3 weeks, he finally opened his eyes and appeared to know us, but he has not been able to move, talk, or swallow (eat or drink) ever since. He is now in a “rehabilitation” facility since January, which has not been successful in rehabilitating him. In fact, as of the end of February 2018 they have stopped speech therapy and physical therapy because they said he was making no progress, and insurance will not continue to pay for therapy that has no results.

So all seemed hopeless until a family friend, Jessie, told us about a machine called NeurOptimal that has been proven to help people improve their brain functioning in a natural, non-invasive way.  The technology uses next-generation neurofeedback. Through sensors that detect brain activity, and by playing music with scientifically timed interruptions in the music when it detects certain changes, it uses a mirroring effect, and the brain heals and optimizes itself.

Jessie bought her machine to help her son with ADHD, and generously has offered to give Michael 10 free sessions.  After just 5 sessions, we have already seen marked improvement, and we all have hope for the first time since this happened. Yesterday, when Jessie asked Michael if she wanted him to come back again, he SAID his first word, “yeah”.  Today he said “I want…” We were moved to tears and need to continue this good work so he can walk, talk, eat again, in short so he can live and not just survive, immobilized and hooked to an IV. We are confident that with the continued NeurOptimal treatment he will not even need the long-term care facility and round the clock nurses. He would be able to come home again and live with his loving wife Margaret as he did before.  He is my brother, and a father of 3, uncle, grandfather, husband.

We want to buy the professional NeurOptimal machine so we can give Michael all the sessions he may need. If we pay for continued therapy without owning the machine, it costs $100 a session, and it is estimated that Michael will need many more sessions. Even with family/ friend discounts, we have calculated that is more economical to buy our own NeurOptimal machine. Also in this way we can help out friends and family that need it.

We need to get this by March15, 2018 so that the progress Michael has made is not lost. The momentum is crucial.

There is a lot of research on the results of NeurOptimal. Some links to the most compelling ones for us are these:

• Introduction to what is neurofeedback with NeurOptimal is here.
• Testimonial video of stroke victim who was told he could not walk or talk again until his Dr. used NeurOptimal on him.
• Multiple case studies on the results with Traumatic Brain Injury victims are linked here.
• Simple explanation of how neurofeedback is like Netflix
• Medical journal article on the benefits of neurofeedback on stroke victims
