Mercedes Battle with Liver Cancer

Mercedes is one of those "once in a lifetime" friends that touch your heart forever. We met in kindergarden, graduated together from high school back in 1982 and have  been in touch ever since...in good and bad times.  Recently, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Liver Cancer and is currently fighting for her life. Her loving husband and 3 children are doing everything they can to provide the care and comfort she needs but the medical and hospice bills are overwhelming .
