MIND OVER MATTER

Hi my name is Jamie, I am going to be raising money for Young Minds by completing the three Yorkshire peaks with a friend of mine next Sunday. The reason I have chosen young minds is because they are a charity which help young individuals who are struggling with mental health problems whether it be depression, anxiety or any other mental health problem  and offer them outlets and support to better themselves and their mental well-being. The rise of mental health problems between men and women aged 17-24 have increased massively and I am sad to say that the increase in suicide has too. It is something that personally i care about deeply and it would mean so much if people donated for such a great cause. Any donation no matter how small will be appreciated and helpful to keep charities such as this running and available for those who need it. Thanks
