Baby Melody Fight #Open❤️Surgery

My Son Steven & Daughter-In-Law Jailene  Welcomed their second beautiful daughter named Melody on September 21,2018 weighing 6.9lbs. During the pregnancy we were informed that Melody was going to be born with a heart defect. With that in mind the journey began doctors determined that Jailene was high risk and arranged for the birth of Melody to be at Winnie Palmer Hospital For Women & Babies, where a team of cardiologist we’re prepared for baby Melody’s arrival. After running many tests they determined that Melody has a series of congenital heart defects that will need to be surgically repaired. As of right now she has Ventricular Septic defect (VSD), Atrial septic defect (ASD) as well as Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA). Melody had her first surgery Wednesday 9/26/18 at 7:45am which was estimated to take over 8 hours. We ask that everyone come together and say a prayer for The family. Steven & Jailene also have a 3 year old daughter named Nevaeh who will be cheering on her sister throughout this whole journey. We want to reach out to anyone who may be able to help them with their expenses as they are unable to work at this time to support Melody. As a family we believe NO amount is too small,and every dollar adds up! We have faith in god and in prayers that everything will turn out fine. May he guide the hands of every surgeon,nurse,doctor and anyone working closely on Baby Melody. Jailene and Steven are beyond grateful that they have been accepted into the loving and helping hands of the Ronald McDonald Foundation, where they will be able to stay close to Melody during this journey.  This is just the beginning of a long journey and fight please help this family let’s spread the word and support
