Honoring beloved classmate, Melissa

Melissa was a beloved member of our Class of '85, warming us with her great laugh, her sense of fun, and "those gorgeous aqua blue eyes that twinkled when she smiled." We want to honor Melissa and the friend she was to us in our teenage years. And we want to celebrate the adult Melissa who enriched her friends' lives with her "intelligence and wit, her love of art and books and music, her kind heart." These collective gifts in Melissa's memory will be donated to a charity that will continue her kind deeds and keep alive her memory. We hope to tell her family at her service this Wednesday, January 14, 2015, of our collective outpouring of support and happy memories.
