<div>I previously underwent a major surgical procedure that was intended to improve my health and quality of life. Unfortunately, I experienced serious complications, and despite follow-up care, my medical situation has not improved. These complications have continued to affect my physical health and have significantly impacted my quality of life.

<div>I now require extensive ongoing medical care. I have an MRI scheduled this week and additional specialist consultations ahead, and I am facing two, possibly three, additional surgeries. Alongside the medical burden, there are substantial related costs, including time away from work, travel and lodging for care, and ongoing recovery expenses.
