Medical Treatments and Equipment for Bentley

When Bentley was about 11 months old he had a tragic accident where he stopped breathing for a while and ended up in in the PICU for about a month while he recovered. Since then he has not been able to talk, move, or eat on his own. For the last 3 years we have been exploring every option to get Bentley the help he needs to improve his precious life. He’s gone through hyperbaric oxygen treatments, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and last year he had hip surgery which he just went through again recently. We have been trying to find any treatment that could help with his injury and help better his daily life and recently we came across Laser & Light Therapy at the Austin Center for Developing Minds in Texas and Stem Cell Therapy at Total Wellness in Arizona. The treatment is again something that is not covered by insurance so if we want to do this for Bentley we will have to raise the money ourselves before we can go through with each treatment. Any kind of contribution to help us cover the cost of Bentley’s upcoming treatments would be greatly appreciated. Nick and Mckayla work very hard but with the cost of the treatment including travel costs and lodging it would be too much for our family to come up with on our own. Prayers are also welcomed and appreciated as Bentley has a lot of appointments and procedures in the next few months and we are very excited to see how much progress he is making. We knew from the beginning he would be a fighter and surprise everyone along the way and 3 years later he continues to prove it!
