Max Kay Welz's Ski Comp Fund

Max began skiing when he was 2 years old.  At 5 he was on the Squaw Valley Mighty Mites Team and he won first place in a race.  He was on the Development Race Team for 2 years and placed in the top 10 both years. Racing gave him excellent fundamental skills and technique but, he wanted to learn how to do tricks and free ski more so he joined the Big Mountain Team 2 years ago. He won 1st place in all of the  2016 and 2017  Big Mountain Squaw Cups. These competitions were all local and he did not have to pay entry fees.  However, this year he will have to pay for Squaw Valley Ski Team, ski competition entry fees, travel expenses and other accomodations which will add up.  Last year Max received a ski scholarship to help with expenses but this year was denied leaving his father and I in a financial predicament.  Skiing is Max's passion and he would like the opportunity to express his talent.  Please help him pursue his passion by contributing to this cause.  Remember every little bit helps.
