Help me get off the street?

Hi everyone, my name is Matthew Range. My story - at least, this part of my story - is very simple: I'm 41 years old, homeless, broke and stuck! It's been about 2 years now, and while there are resources available in my area to assist in getting re-housed, they don't work quickly; I'm probably still another year away from my name coming up next on the list for financial help with the local housing assistance agency. In the meantime, I'm sort of slowly wasting away; I can't sleep (not well enough anyway), can't properly take care of myself (showers are rare!), and really can't work steadily - I know because I've tried, and I just can't keep up. So, I really need to get off the street, preferably before another year is past. I'm hoping that GoFundMe can be one among several avenues I'm exploring that will help expedite my return to "normal" living, where I am again able to work and take care of the basic needs of shelter, clothing and food security; and then ultimately, as a Christian, to be able to be more of a blessing to others, and lift them up however I can. I'm "stepping out in faith", as we say, not knowing what, if anything, will come of this; if anyone who sees this should be moved to help, I would be quite literally, eternally grateful.
