#RizeUpdate!

On behalf of Matt, his friends and family, as well as the OT Entertainment Foundation, thank you all for your support, thoughts and prayers for Matt's well being over the past 9 months. The past month has brought some  BIG changes in Matt's life and your continued prayers are greatly appreciated!

Heres a little update on his progress:

After completing the 3 month intesive treatment at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Matt came back on February 13th to continue his outpatient treatment in Nashville.

He has come so far! Now he is walking, talking, laughing, and finding his new normal. That is a miracle in itself. It was only 9 months ago that he was in an unresponsive state, and no one knew if he would ever wake up.

The month of April brought even more changes for Matt. He is now residing in the care of his family back in  Michigan  and will continue his rehabilitation treatment up there. He is doing great on his road to recovery and seems to be in good spirts during this difficult transition.

Thanks to all of your donations, and our friends at Music Cares, all of Matt's expenses have been taken care of since his accident 9 months ago which has allowed him to focus 100% on his recovery.

We are continuing to support Matt's needs for the durration of his recovery and will also be able to assist him with the medical bills that are piling up.

On behalf of Matt, and his friends and family, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.    #RizeUp

#RizeUp for Matt Rizor!

On Friday August 15th, 2014 Matt Rizor was walking home on West End Ave in Nashville and was hit by a dark colored sedan driving east without their headlights on and did not stop.

Matt and his family need your help!!! His recovery time could take years at the very least, and the medical bills alone will be overwhelming.

Please help us raise funds to help Michelle and Matt with expenses and medical bills so they can focus on getting Matt 100% back to his happy, funny, loving self.

Also, if you have any information that can help find the driver responsible for this, please call the Emergency Communications Center at [phone redacted] or Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME (27463).

ANY dontation will help, please share this story and help us rize up for Matt Rizor!
