My name Is Marty Fullwood. I've been in the hospitality industry my whole life, whether it was teaching culinary in a high school, catering for hundreds of people or DJing to crowds all over New England food and beverage is in my blood.
In February 2018 I began my dream to make a comfortable space to eat and drink with a live music venue that could host events as well.
I was turning 60 and this was my last chance to go for my life long dream. Well life decided to throw me more than a hand full of road blocks. My 2 partners changed their mind the week we were closing on the business so that put me in a hole I realize now that was insurmountable, I kept going because I knew this was the right thing to do. Then, got rid of a little cancer (all good now, Thank God). Out for weeks with that, got a new hip in June of 2018. Out for a couple more weeks and as all of you know it's not the same if you aren't there. So from July until present I have been at my Club One Entertainment Complex working it, telling the story, hosting benefits and parties and having the best live music in the area.

The reason for my ask, it's my last option. Business is getting better but not enough to offset the debt incurred the first year. The summer of 2018 was devastating for us. People just stopped coming. I did not have any private parties at the time and we went further and further in the hole. I still knew this was the right place so I continued knowing it would turn around.

Business improved enough to keep us going and along with some other small investors it kept us afloat for a while.
On the positive side, I was right there is n a need for a quality event space and live music venue. People are starting to realize my vision. The problem is we are going into summer slow period and ALL the bills are 2 months overdue. All of my creditors have been awesome understanding my situation but if this doesn't work by the end of the month I don't know what will happen.

So, my friends here I am asking for help. I'm the guy that is always there when you need him and can figure it out so this is very uncomfortable for me. Also, I've put a big financial burden on my family as well and they are more understanding than I deserve.
I can't thank all of you enough, no matter what happens. Continuing this dream would be awesome and I promise to work as hard as I can to "make a difference". I always say it's not about the money, that's easy to say when you have some. Now, my friends, sadly it's about the money.
