Mechanic Marshall's Fire Relief
Chances are, if you've had your bike in Calistoga Bikeshop over the last 8 years, Marshall has worked on it. He has either built it, loved on it to make it operate smoothly, washed it, or diagnosed that annoying creak you've had. We
We'll, if you've appreciated that work, now is a great time to show it. You've likely heard of the fires around Napa Valley - this one hit fast and hard, and Marshall's place of residence was very near the start of the Tubbs fire. He was given under 5 minutes to get out, and his mailbox was on fire by the time he exited the driveway. He was hoping for the best, but was greeted by the site in this picture when he was able to get back to the property.
We are launching this page because of what Marshall has given to us and to this community - and we want to help Marshall get back on his feet. Calistoga Bikeshop will be matching up to the first 1000 dollars in this campaign, and we hope we can get well more than that to replace, well, everything.
He got out with with truck, his cat, and basically the clothes on his back. Think about all the little things that we use on a daily basis, as well as what he'll need for the house - it adds up fast. Now he's got the challenge of finding housing as well
