Marquette Primary Montessori Academy is the only public Montessori school Saint Joseph County, Indiana. We follow in the footsteps of other communities that have created a successful Montessori Magnet program in a public school setting. Update May 8th: SBCSC Board of Trustees unanimously approved a plan to expand the program, creating "Montessori at Brown" Intermediate, beginning in the 2014-15 school year. This expansion means we need to move forward on fundraising for new Montessori-specific classroom materials for 7 new classrooms (3 at Marquette and 4 at Brown)!
