Hi! I'm Joe & along with my wife, Amy & our team of bread bakers, pastry makers, catering class acts & sandwich maker extraordinares NEED YOUR HELP to get our wheels back on the asphalt.
About a month ago I was in an pretty serious accident in our COMMERCIAL VAN. I'm doing okay with the exception of my right thumb, but our VAN was totaled & didn't make it. We have been working SO HARD getting our new location up and running, while also continuing our farmers markets & catering events across SONOMA COUNTY & THE BAY AREA.
While all these things kept us busy, once the van went, a few other obstacles came INTO THE FRAY. We have been working & mantaining a pretty nutty schedule (WHAT ELSE IS NEW?) training new bakers & market folks preparing our team for our OPENING at 208 Davis St.
Our van was a BIG HIT to our overall morale as owners, but we have continued to forge ahead with SMILES for miles.
We have established gifts & premiums with the HOPES & DREAMS that you might be able to lend us a hand in the effort of GETTING OURSELVES A NEW SET OF WHEELS . Even a $5 contribution would be great and so very appreciated.

Your own table for 6 at one of our “Fried Fridays”
We will be starting our regular “Fried Fridays” in November, and we’d love you to join us! What is “Fried Friday”, you ask? It’s when we roll out the frier and open the doors for a dinner experience that’s all about the glory of Fried! Think Whey Brined Fried Chicken, MARLA’s housemade Falafel, Fritto Misto and Arancini…you get the idea. Each “Fried Friday” will also feature wines from our list that pair best and can be purchased by the glass or bottle. For this gift, we will reserve the best table in the house for you and your guests to come eat and drink with us. Drink tickets for this VIP table include access to the entire list, not just the featured wines, so that’s nice! Friends, Fun and Fried Food, what better way to spend a Friday night?

Your own private dinner party at MARLA with your favorite chef preparing a menu that sings of the season with wines from our list to make it that much better. The evening will start with appetizers and move into a 4 course dinner with wine pairings. Each guest will go home with a bottle from the evening’s selections and a “sweet treat” to end the night, well, sweetly! (This gift requires one month minimum notification and dates are subject to availability)
