Mark Hansen's cancer fund

I have been asked by the Go fund me team to provide some details about myself to provide transparency to my efforts and to be clear about the intentions of the money being raised.  My name is Brad Kline and I'm Mark's manager at Toshiba.  The funds raised on Mark's behalf will be used to help Mark catch up on some bills and to help with the purchase of needed medication for himself and his son.  I'm trying to set up a beneficiary so that the funds go straight to Mark's bank account with no intervention on my part.

Mark has been battling cancer for the better part of the last 3 years.  He battled lymph node cancer and fought very hard and actually fought that into remission.  A few months after returning to work, Mark was diagnosed again with cancer, this time cancer of the stomach.  Mark once again had to go through Chemo for a second time and shortly after starting Chemo, he was told that removal of his stomach was needed to win this fight.  Mark was again out of work for an extended period of time and went on Short and Long term disability as he recovered from the removal of his stomach.  Now, at a day and age when the youngsters will call in sick for a cough, Mark guts it out day after day and hasn't missed a day since his return.  The cost of his medication and the medication that his 9 year old son requires has put Mark in a position where he's in danger of losing his house and being in finacial peril.  Mark could use as much help as possible as soon as possible to help him perservere.
