Mark and Joyce's Hurricane Recovery

Hurricane Irma  has destroyed my brother's home. My brother, Mark Dropiewski, a Marine Veteran,  and his wife Joyce Daley are devastated.  Due to the age of the home and previous hurricanes, their home was uninsurable, so they have lost everything.  Both my brother and his wife have significant health issues and are living on just one small income with their little dog Shadow.  This loss is devastating to them and they will need help to even afford daily life expenses in addition to digging through the debris and rebuilding.
