Marissa OCD/ ARFID eating disorder

My daughter Marissa is 8 yrs old and has been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) eating disorder. For months she struggled with school and struggled at night, nothing we did would calm her down. She is now refusing to eat solid food with the intense fear of choking.
Marissa is under the care of a physician currently but we are told without intense therapy Marissa will continue to get worse. Her body mass index (BMI) has gone from 50% in Sept down to the 5% Dec 15.
We have been given the option of care here in our state. Except they don’t work with insurance and want expenses paid upfront which is about $30000.
Next would be a residential program in Wisconsin that Seattle Children’s recommended. They will negotiate with insurance. Cost is $2900 a day with min of 45 days.
I have done a lot of research and found a place in California that is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Marissa and I would need to find a place to stay for 8-10 weeks and would attend M-F 8:15-3:15 and would come back to me at night. I would also attend therapy with her 1 day a week. Insurance will be used but at 40%. Also needing to pay for a place to stay in San Diego for that amount of time.
I am a working mom with 3 other children, one of who has been recently diagnosed with Autism. I am struggling with all medical bills and feel that I am running out of options. I pray that my kids can all be healthy and receive the care they need.
