MARIBEL MORON'S BABY GIRLS

Maribel Moron is an inspiring and amazing woman that is living her third trial with cancer in her young 35 years of life. She is a single mother to two beautiful girls. Lisette, who is 15 and Mariana 8. In August of 2012 while Maribel was at the hospital she received the call from her doctor letting her know that she had cancer. She was alone at the time and literally thought that she was going to die. She was so terrififed for her life an most importantly of who would be able to take care of her two girls. She was diagnosed with Stage 2B cervical cancer and had a tumor in her uterus. She was unable to have the tumor removed because of the blood thinners that she was on. She underwent chemotherapy for 12-16 sessions, once a week and radiation 5 days a week. In December of that year Maribel overcame her cancer and her tumor was gone!! A year later in January 2014 Maribel was in the ER for excruciating stomach pain. And after her CT scan she was told that her cancer had returned. This time in her stomach and bones. She underwent 6 sessions of chemotherapy. This time around the treatment was much stronger and Maribel lost every single hair on her entire body. 6 months later in June of the same year Maribel has once again won her battle against cancer and was cancer free!! In October of that same year in her routine check up she was diagnosed with cancer for the third time. This time it was in her bones and in her back. She just had her most recent MRI yesterday and will be told how her treatment will proceed to defeat cancer once again. Maribel is quite a fighter. Aside from the cancer in May of 2006 she was diagnosed with arthritis in all of her joints causing her to have moments that she could not get up from bed and literally had to crawl to the bathroom in agonizing pain. Her youngest, Mariana, was only one month old when the arthritis was diagnosed. Maribel was not able to hold her daughter for her first 4 months of life because she was so weak from the arthritis. Maribel stopped working in September of that year 2006 and has  not been able to return since then. Maribel has an inspirational story to tell. Her biggest motivators against her health battles have been her two girls. They are what help her to never give up. She wants to show them that they never have to give up in life even when times are rough. She wants them to know that they should fight for everything and prove it to themselves that they can overcome all obstacles in life. Maribel dreams of just being able to be home and cook a home made dinner for her girls as she watches them grow. We ask for all your prayers for Maribel.
