We have a dirty little secret, a little secret that we don't really want to talk about. But, here's the deal, we cannot just go on living our lives and ignore what is happening, especially when it happens to our own daughters. It's time to do something about it and we need your support to make it happen.
These are the FACTS: Human trafficking generates $9.5 billion yearly in the United States. (United Nations)
Approximately 300,000 children are at risk of being prostituted in the United States. (U.S. Department of Justice)
The average age of entry into prostitution for a child victim in the United States is 13-14 years old. (U.S. Department of Justice)
A pimp can make $150,000-$200,000 per child each year and the average pimp has 4 to 6 girls. (U.S. Justice Department, National

The average victim may be forced to have sex up to 20-48 times a day. (Polaris Project)
Fewer than 100 beds are available in the United States for underage victims. (Health and Human Services)

Our response to this as a nation has been unacceptable. Starting right here, right now we are going to change everything, one community at a time.
Here is what we are doing about it: We are building a community called Mariah's House.
Mariah's House will provide emergency secured group housing for women and child survivors of human trafficking in Las Vegas.
We will provide food, shelter, clothing, legal assistance, job training and other social services.
Our goal is to empower survivors to leave their victim status behind so that they may become emotionally and financially self-sufficient.
This is a social venture where survivors become trained, paid partners, spreading the movement until we are a force of feminine power so strong that no one would dare try to buy and sell our women and children. It's TIME!
