</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is<strong> AJ Slawski</strong>, and I am reaching out with a heartfelt request to help change the lives of children who have already faced more hardship than most of us can imagine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am raising <strong>$30,000</strong> to directly support the<strong> Makindu Children Program</strong> <strong>in eastern Kenya,</strong> an organization that provides food, education, medical care, and emotional support to orphaned and vulnerable children. These are children who, through no fault of their own, have lost parents, stability, and safety at an incredibly young age — yet they still wake up every day with hope for a better future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For many of these children, Makindu is the difference between hunger and nourishment, between isolation and belonging, between despair and possibility. The program doesn’t just keep children alive — it gives them a chance to truly live. Through consistent meals, access to education, and compassionate care, Makindu helps restore both physical health and emotional well-being, allowing children to grow with dignity, confidence, and purpose.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is difficult to comprehend what daily life looks like for a child without reliable food, shelter, or schooling. Imagine trying to learn while hungry, or dreaming about a future when survival is the only focus. Makindu steps in where support is desperately needed, ensuring children are fed, clothed, educated, and surrounded by adults who believe in them and their potential.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>One of the most powerful things about this mission is how tangible the impact is. <strong>Just $660 provides an entire year of food, education, and care for one child.</strong> One year of safety. One year of learning. One year of hope. When we reach our goal, we will be giving dozens of children not just help for a moment, but the foundation for a better life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation — no matter the size — directly supports these children. Your generosity can mean a warm meal, school supplies, medical attention, or simply the reassurance that someone across the world cares about their future.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I truly believe that when we are allowed to help, we have a responsibility to act. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of children who deserve love, stability, and a chance to thrive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for taking the time to read this, for considering a donation, and for helping turn compassion into action. Your support means more than words can express.
