This campaign is to help Dano Burkhart find a kidney transplant donor and help with medical expenses. His current kidney only has 6% function left. This will be his 37th surgery in 36 years.

If you don't know his story Dano was born without the ability to walk and had his legs amputated at age 6. With all these hardships Dano remains more positive than anyone I know and has used his faith in God to get him through every obstacle. He is honestly one of the kindest people you will ever meet. Help us #MakeDanoGreatAgain

"For those who don't know me, I'm Dano Burkhart and I am currently awaiting my 2nd kidney transplant. I originally had a transplant 9 years ago due to lasting affects of a birth defect. That kidney began to rapidly reject this past September and currently has 6% function left. I have yet to start dialysis, but it could come any day now. I am currently seeking a living donor to be transplanted in Pittsburgh, PA although these last few months have been rough, I face adversity straight on. I have dealt with adversity my whole life. Along with bad kidneys I was also born without the ability to walk and at the age of 6 I had both of my legs amputated. Seems like a lot to handle? Well, I won't lie, it has but what gets me through is my unwavering faith in God. I entirely rely on Him to get me through everything. This transplant will be my 37th surgery in 36 years. So you see, He and I have a great relationship. I put all my trust and faith in Him and He has faithfully brought me through every difficult situation. This is only small portion of my story but I am eager to see what God has in store for my future. Would you rally with me? I would love to have you walk along aside me as I prepare for this next chapter that God is writing in my life. Your support and prayers are such an encouragement to me and together we will see how God will Make Dano Great again."
