Making Her Wish Come TrueYear over year we've raised money for different causes and for individuals in need. This year we are making Brenda's wish come true.
Brenda is 24 years old who's been battling cancer since the age of 16. Just as she was in remission gave birth to 2 beautiful boys. But now, Brenda was told to get things in order for her sons ages 2 and 4. Her fear is they will not remember her and her wish is to have eventful memory with them. (More of her story below).
Please join the cause and donate at "GoFundMe" so we could send her family to Disneyland and get her a few necessities such as an electric wheel chair, food, gas, CVS cards for prescriptions.
Come and meet Brenda and let's bring a little JOY (Jesus, Others, You) to a young girl who really never had the chance to live a youthful teen life.

----------------ABOUT BRENDA: I met Brenda Ruiz during the Lenton Season when I was volunteering at New Creations in Palo Alto. This is a place where young mothers can learn to better care for their children and themselves. Brenda is a 24 year old young mother of 2 boys (1yr and 4yr) who’s been battling bone cancer since she was 16 years old. She was diagnosed when she was at the height of playing on a soccer league and just got her Workers Permit so she could help with the family as her father at that time just started dialysis. For many years she was in and out of the hospital and staying at the Ronald McDonald House. As she got better and began to living her life ended up having a family. But, soon after she found herself back and forth to the hospital to have chemo treatment as the cancer returned. Now at 24 she has a metal rod from her left knee up to her hip, a hip replacement with another metal bar, and this January had 44 tumors removed from her lungs. Throughout this year she’s been fighting to keep moving forward, especially since she has 2 beautiful reasons to live for. In her recent test last month the cancer has yet returned to her lungs and her left leg. Once chemo is finished on her leg she will soon have radiation for her lungs.
Brenda is like a young beautiful innocent child in an adult body. Most of her life she has been struggling to survive. She’s been told to have things in order for her children and she cannot understand why the doctors would say this. She is living….
