Gerry's cancer journey

I am reaching out to family and friends of my sister Julie and her husband Gerry.  Gerry was diagnosed with aggressive prostrate cancer and they just recently learned the cancer has metastasized to his lymph nodes.  Because of previous treatments and lab work and insurance paying for a small percent,  current bills are way into the thousands already. The laser radiation treatment will begin in January. Insurance will only cover so much and won't cover any missing income.  Julie lost her job unexpectedly after 21 years of dedicated service, so it has been pretty rough for them.  The treatment will lay Gerry up so loss of his income as well. 
Hoping that with this fund we can help them defray the cost of treatment and cover some of the missing income.  Any thing you can contrbute is much appreciated.  Thoughts and prayers are also very appreciated.
