Uganda

Friends and Family,
Over the past year or so, the Lord has been working in my heart, growing in me the desire to take the Gospel of Jesus to another country, another culture, another people. Recently, I was able to go to Moyo in the West Nile sub-region of Northern Uganda. While there, I got to see how God is working in that region and how the Gospel is spreading. I also quickly grew to love the people there, and Jacob and Carol, the founders of Reaching Africa's Unreached. My heart is to go back to Moyo and serve with Jacob and Carol this summer as a sort of trial period that I am praying will lead to a more long-term role there. I would like to just be an extra set of hands to Jacob and Carol, as well as minister to women: those who are following Jesus, and those who do not yet know him. I am asking for your prayers and financial support for this trip. My primary expense will be my flights, but I will have little expenses here and there during the 3 months. Also, I hope to be able to give to Reaching Africa's Unreached. They are taking the Gospel to where there has been NO Gospel. I hope to go and serve with them, to encourage Christians there, and to love the people of Northern Uganda well, seeking to share Jesus with them, that they may be full of joy in the worship of him.
