Dear Friends and Loved Ones,
Madison Harper Hayes was born on May 27, 2017. Our little angel was born just under seven months along, she is very premature. Her lungs were so underdeveloped that they barely showed up on an x-ray when she was born. She has been in an incubator since the day she was born, and will be there for quite a while.
Madison is a fighter. She has had a few cardiac arrests over the last two weeks, and during one episode, they had to give her eight shots of epinephrine to get her back. But she has survived miraculously every time. She has been suffering from apnea and some other complications, but she is staying strong. Madison has been battling an infection in her blood, and she has had blood and plasma transfusions. She is stable for the most part, but she is fighting for her life with every breath she takes. She is a living, breathing miracle, in every sense of the word.
As you can imagine, Madison has a long road ahead. We are reaching out to friends and loved ones for help in this great time of need. We want the best for our little Madison, and we pray that God will continue to heal her through this journey.
Thank you all for your love, prayers and support. The supernatural power of God knows no bounds. Madison would not be here were it not for the healing power of our God in Heaven. He has been so gracious to our precious Maddie, and we give Him all the glory for His Love and Protection.
