<div>Every day, numerous individuals with disabilities face a harsh reality. Caretakers are leaving the field in alarming numbers, leading to situations where individuals go days without essential care—confined to their beds, desperately in need of assistance.

<div>Living with a disability is not a death sentence; however, the lack of adequate care can have dire consequences. Our community does not lack essential resources due to financial constraints; we lack them because of outdated perceptions and practices surrounding disability care and inclusion.

<div>Although my reign has come to an end. I continue to advocate not only on a state level but across the country.
</div>
<div>I am seeking your support to raise funds aimed at advocating for systemic changes in caretaker availability and accessibility for the disability community. Together, we can create a more inclusive world where everyone has the care and resources they need to thrive.
