Roxy needs to see a specialist to help her walk

Roxy is a very sweet and lovable lady who arrived at Many Tears lame.  She has already had x-rays done which showed she has an old crucitate problem in her right knee plus both her hips were in poor condition. Until now her pain is controlled by medication but recently in addition to the problem with her right knee she has started to limp on her good leg and now she now needs to go and see the specialists at Langford Vet for further X-rays so they can advise us what is best to do for poor Roxy.   They have given a quote or £1,200 which will cover

Consultation with a Orthopedic consultant 
Sedation 
Xrays
Overnight stay

but should she need surgery this may rise to £3,500 or possibly more.

We cannot stress how lovely Roxy is.  Her foster mum says "Roxy is by far the biggest lap dog I've had the privilege to foster."  She really deserves to live the rest of her life as pain free as possible and if we can help her to do this we will but would really appreciate any donations to help us.

If we are lucky enough to raise more than is needed for Roxy then this money will be used for another dog in need of specialist care.
