MSCC Free Medical and Dental Clinic is asking for your help to provide free medical, dental, and optical care to those members of the  Central Valley community who are most in need. Any amount, no matter how small, will contribute to our goal to provide care to our patients and will only be used for our operating costs.  Who We Are:  MSCC is a nonprofit 501(c) organization that puts on two free medical and dental care clinics a year, one in the spring and one in the fall. We are now in our 10th year and are proud to have provided almost 20,000 individual services so far. Our service providers - including 45 doctors, 20 nurses and nurse practitioners, and over 150 other personnel - all volunteer their time. Who We Serve: Many members of our community, including children, go without essential medical care due to a variety of factors. It is our goal to help cover this gap in healthcare and serve both families and individuals. Services We Provide: While our range of services can vary every time we put on a clinic, we generally provide a broad range of medical, dental, and optical services on site, including: -Dental examinations, dental cleanings for children, and extractions if needed -Vision exams and glasses prescriptions -Laboratory services, such as testing for cholesterol and diabetes -Internal medicine, including examinations, pulmonary function tests, electrocardiograms (EKGs), blood pressure checks, and prescriptions for related medications -Pediatric examinations and school physicals -Dental examinations, dental cleanings for children, and extractions if needed -Women's health counseling -Nutritional counseling -Podiatry exams -Dermatological exams -Holy Crisis Clinic from Poverello House, available for referrals, will make follow up appointments on site Please donate.
