Debilitating Knee Disorder Plz Help

To the loving people in this world:

We have a need, maybe some will undestand, some won't. But here I'm,  humbling asking for help.
Letting go of pride, and  being authenticlly honest about our situation.

I'm a single mother, raising my beautiful daughter alone.
Her name is Makiya.  Makiya was born with Down Syndrome.  I knew early in my pregnancy.
I honoured her.  Who was I to tell God, she was not good enough!

Even though the journey was filled with many medical problems, many obstacles and a seperation with her father, that I never wanted, but had to make.

Going into financial despair,  accumulating debt.
Giving up my career, and stopping college. All of those decisions where neccessary under the circumstances.
My focus was on my child. I prayed everyday, that her critical health conditions would rectify. And they did by the Grace of God!

Regardless of the all the pain and fear..... Many beautiful things have happened in our journey. The healing and the growth that happened  was incredible to watch.
It truly was a miracle!

Makiya has been taught that, there is nothing she can't do.  With encouragement and praise she has grown into a beautiful little 8 year old girl.

However, she does have a major underlying joint disorder in both of her knees.  She can collapse at given time. She has had 7 surgeries.  Her 8th surgery will be in November of this year.  This condition needs very close supervision due the potential of serious injury.

These surgeries are very diffuclt to get through, and there are many more to come.  I don't know how we are going to keep going on llke this under theses circumstances.

She is amazing, funny, friendly, loving, and intellligent.
There is a Light in her soul, that touches others in such a way... that is rather hard to explain.
She wants to share love.  She wants to know if you are okay.  She worries about others.  She gives hugs freely. She also will give any person she meets a random hug. 
She does not complain or worry about herself. It truly is amazing to witness.

It's exactly what this world needs more of...
People to care about eachother.  Love is the greatest gift we can give to another... God blessed her with a gift to reach others.

I know she has made me a better person, and I'm very honoured to be her mother.

Because of those years, and the toll taken, the lack of employment and debt acccumulation it feels like we are never going to dig ourselves out of this hole. 

Time is crucial.  We live in a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator.  Because of the severity of Makiya's leg conditioin, and on going knee surgeries,  the stairs are becoming impossible to manage. We need the opportunity to move. Desperately!!!!!!!!

So why do we need help....

1. There is an accumulation of uncovered expenses.
It is very difficult to maintain the monthly cost of living 
debt, and the accumulated debt.

2. Makiya can hardly manage the stairs anymore, due to her leg condition.  She will be facing her 8th knee surgery this fall.  I can not carry her.

3.  My goal for Makiya is to purchase a 1 level home by summer 2018.  The county has a program to help accomodate the home to be handicap accessible. 
This will be her home for all years to come. Habitat for humanity offers a first time home buyers program for people in our situation. With rental rates going so sky high, it would be wiser to purchase a simple one level home. There are is so much to our story, that we could endlessly go on about the experience.

4.  My body is breaking down from lifting and catching her.  I have injured disc my lower bacik
