<div>Today, Brandon and I find ourselves in ongoing legal proceedings involving Russ McKamey. While Ben has also been named in the lawsuit, he has not yet been served. While we cannot discuss every detail of the case, we can say this: defending yourself in court is incredibly expensive.

<div><strong>This lawsuit has already cost us more than $35,000 in legal fees, and those costs continue to grow as the case moves forward and we prepare for our court hearings. </strong>What started as a commitment to speaking publicly about issues we believed were important has become a significant financial and personal challenge.
