Medical Bill Assistance

I'm Rachel Hatcher, my husband is Michael Hatcher. This is his second battle with Lymphoma. The first diagnosis was back in September of 2012 with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He is the only income in the home, he has been approved for short term disability through his employer, which will begin at the end of June, but will only last for 12 weeks.

We both have appointments with Social Security for long term disability, just not sure if we will be approved or if approved when it will start. So in the mean time I'm reaching out for any help that can be found. We've been to Kansas City once to meet with Dr. Abhyankar who will be in charge of Michael's case. My husband has also had his first cycle of a Chemotherapy called ICE. His Second cycle will be June 28th through July 1st. We will be heading to Kansas City again after that second cycle of ICE for another bone marrow biopsy. Then again a week later after the biopsy for the results. With this Lymphoma it is in his bone marrow and spleen. If the chemotherapy does work then we are looking at having to go to Kansas City for a bone marrow transplant. Sadly though if the Chemo doesn't work then we are looking at having to try an even strong chemotherapy regiment. Both of us will be very thankful for any help that can be offered.
