Funds collected will go towards the rental fees of the venues, catering and other entertainment costs. Any leftover funds will be used for a service project at one of the 3 Mendenhall schools
To confirm a venue for Saturday night we will need to make a deposit – current quotes are $800-1,500. The sooner we receive everyone’s registration fee, the sooner the committee will be able to confirm and pay the deposit for the venue. The longer we wait to secure a venue, the greater the chance we will lose one of the choices or venue price will increase. We appreciate your attention to this matter and if you can attend, great! If you are not able to attend but would still like to contribute to the service project, no problem (just indicate not attending when donating to the service project).
This GoFundMe fundraiser will serve as the reunion’s official registration. When registering for the event, please make sure you are paying the correct amount.
Due to the steep cost of putting on such an event, we are asking that if you are one of our distinguished graduates attending the event, the amount will be $50. If you plan to bring a guest the amount will be $75 total for you and your guest. Once paid, the fees are non-refundable. Registration fees are due by July 15th. After July, 15th rates will increase $15. Please, register soon, so we can finalize the plans and email the itineraries.
