Kenya Mission Trip

After much prayer, great enthusiasm, and yes, a little trepidation I have accepted the offer to be part of The Harvest Summer Mission Trip to Africa. Our 16 day trip will focus on the Samburu tribes, a nomadic people of close relation to the Maasai. Sadly, some 38% of Kenya's 44 million people live in absolute poverty. It is our team goal to allow God to work in and through us on behalf of the Samburu people in such areas as education, medicine, water purification, and in general to bring the Samburu people the grace filled message of Jesus Christ.
   Our 17 member team will carry and deliver text books, medical supplies, water purification equipment, vaccines, and work with local Kenyan Pastors and laymen to promote, support, and facilitate their  pastoral work, teachings, and mission.
   I am truly humbled, honored, and grateful that God has allowed me the opportunity to participate in this venture; however, I need your help to render the above possible. It is hence, that I ask first and foremost for your heart felt prayers, love, and in turn support to make this endeavor a reality. I am prayerfully asking any and all to  to help make this vision a reality.

What Can You Do To Help?

Pray!!  Above all else, please pray for me. I'll need God to strengthen, guide, and fill me with wisdom to navigate any challenges along the way. Also, before you give to support my trip, please pray for the amount you decide to support me with.

Give!!  I know there will be some of you who will give $5 and some who will give a few hundred! I'm honestly grateful for any amount!  All donations are tax deductible gifts.
