Being a child nowadays is no easy task, being a child and not being able to access the resources you need to be your best in life is EVEN HARDER!

The inspiration to create change comes from the rethinking & reshaping of convential learning styles and acts for social change!!!

Over the last 3 years we have visited communities where it is non but the ordinary for basic educational tools and neccesities to be at lack. Young people being robbed of a great future because of the lack of investment in non convential styles of learning!!

Creative arts is not seen in these communities as beneficial to securing a excellent future career!

So  MEK AH STEP IS AT IT AGAIN!!!

After delivering 5 successful international projects in Jamaica, Gambia & St Lucia in 2016 & 2017 and facilitating workshops in schools & youth clubs in London.

We have seen the incredible impact our programmes have had on the youth overall learning experience, the benefit of cultural exchange and the voice of confidence it evokes the young people to have to create change for themselves.

Mek ah Step are ready to take the another step ☺️. 

For those who may not be familiar : 

Mek Ah Step explores different forms of Creative Arts & sport for the individual & group to discover and enhance personal and social development through workshop based activities.

With your support Mek Ah Step will serve on our love missions at : 

1)Bella orphanage in Nairobi,Kenya
2)Bakau Lower Basic School in Bakau, Gambia 
3) Mandingo Youth Club in Mount Salem, Jamaica,

 We are honoured & very excited to have the opportunity to Deliver yet another Creative Arts & Sports Programme in these places.

This trip will permit a variety of workshops & a Funday with the youth.

Our Target to raise is £6000 !! 

This cost will assist us in acquiring the reusable & new materials, accommodating volunteers & travel to & from the youth facility for all MAS volunteers. 

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE !

The Mek Ah Step Team are committed to the mission and will be doing several other fundraising initiatives to raise the funds to serve these children. 

We would be honoured if even 1000 people could pledge £6 each, that way we would be well on our way to to achieving our target.
