I am overjoyed to share my acceptance for a competitive law fellowship in Spain!
It has always been my life goal to graduate from a university and pursue a law degree. I graduated from UC Merced with a BA in Political Science and my goal is to complete law school and practice water rights law to help people in the central valley. I’ve been looking for an opportunity to grow professionally as a legal intern and recently applied to the Lex Fellowship program. This one month internship in Madrid is offered to students nationwide. The Lex Fellowship will take place from July 14-August 10 and will give me the opportunity to explore 20+ different law firms and work directly with global law professionals.
The total cost is $ 4, 400 which goes straight to The Lex Fellowship tuition. This covers my housing, pre and real time training, planned meals, travel for weekly excursions to different cities, start up incubators, on site transport while in Spain, project/site manager and an emergency phone.
This will be a massive feat to afford this dream opportunity!
Funds need to be reached by May 29th!
