Dear family and friends of Lyn,

Our dearest friend and colleague, Lyn Barton, crossed of the threshold last night with Melissa by her side.

Lyn was diagnosed with metastatic cancer on February 14 of this year. For the last seven months, Lyn was buoyed by the unwavering love, support, and generosity of her friends, colleagues, and family. She passed knowing that she was loved.

Information regarding the services is as follows:
-A memorial will be held tomorrow evening at 8:00 PM in the Goethe Room at the Fellowship.
-The funeral will be Monday morning at 10:00 AM at the Christian Community Church.
-Lyn can be visited at anytime until 9:00 PM in the evening at the Fellowship.

In lieu of flowers, Lyn had two wishes from her that her loved ones:
-contribute to the Christian Community Seminary Scholarship Fund or
-contribute to a fund to purchase comfortable padded chairs and benches for the Fellowship Community.

You may donate online at this site and indicate where you wish your monies to go, or you may mail a check in via the instructions below.

Christian Community Scholarship Fund should be made to Seminary of The Christian Community and mailed to Christinan Communicaty Church/ 7 Carmen Court/ Chestnut Ridge, NY 10952.

All checks should have Lyn's name in the memo line
