Love for Lincoln

This pregnacy for my sister in- law(Amie) and brother in-law(Steven) started out like any other, exciting, all new things getting to experience the joys of being pregnant and becoming new parents.  All the appoinments up til the 20 week appointment went well everything was going great, found out they were having a little boy, things were exciting for them and the entire family. The day they went for there 20 week ultrasound they were told that their precious Lincoln Michael had fluid on his brain and they needed to see a specialist for further tests. Two days later at the specialist office they were informed that there precious baby boy had Spina Bifidia.  Devasting news for Amie and Steven and the entire family because all this was new to us. They have been send to Cincinnati Childeren's hospital now for further tests and to see if in-utero surgery is an option to fix Lincoln's spine. If Amie and Lincoln must go through surgery it will be a long recovery and amie will have to be off work on bedrest until she delivers. The surgery will put at her and Lincoln at risk for preterm delivery. After surgery Amie will have to stay in Cincinnati near the hospital and Steven will be commuting back and forth to work.  Even if surgery isnt an option an little Lincoln does have spina bifida it is still going to be a long road with lots of medical expenses. The reason for the account is because she will be off work til after Lincoln is delivered and maternity leave and he will be commuting, along with the expense of the surgery to help their precious Lincoln, this will be a financial struggle as well as an emotional one. Any little bit will help even if you are unable to give please pray. God works miracles everyday, so prayers are greatly appreciated too.
