Coast-2-Coast bike ride for my school's IT centre!

My name's Lottie, I'm 12 years old and in Year 7 at North Halifax Grammar School.

 

Until recently, I never really used my bike much, but 2 months ago my form teacher suggested that I join a group of 17 pupils (Years 7-10) to complete the Hadrian's Wall Coast 2 Coast bike ride of 121 miles with camping over just 3 days (18th-20th July).

 

Since then, I've been out practising with my dad every weekend, and it's only this week - after cycling 32 miles over the Pennines to my grandma's yesterday - that I'm confident enough to start fundraising to help my school to replace our old and slow computers.

 

So, please give generously to support my efforts... not least because my parents are going to fund-match every £1 of my target that I raise for the school to the brilliant YoungMinds Mental Health Charity !
