Losing a Little One

For those who dont know us, our names are Matthew and Melissa Svare. We have 5 beautiful children right now aged 8-2. Several months ago we found that we were expecting a 6th little addition to our family. A little boy, it turns out. After some time we settled on the name Silas Matthew Svare and it was exciting news.
However about halfway through the pregnancy it was discovered that this little bundle has a condition known as HLHS, or Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
Although a "Hail Mary" of a surgery might provide a very low chance for survival at least until age 20, the prognosis was grim at best, as HLHS is only the worst of the circumstances. A leaky valve, and other more minor issues also have presented themselves.
Given the facts and time to do some very heavy and very serious thinking, we have determined that we would allow God to take care of the situation and we would take what time we are given with baby Silas if his condition proved as bad as it appears. As such we have elected to take what is called the Comfort Care option where Silas will remain with us after birth instead of going to surgery. He will be there until he moves on to the better place we lose so many loved ones to.
At the time I'm writing this Melissa is about to be induced due to an unexpectedly low amount of amniotic fluid remaining. Baby Silas is not expected to be with us come Sunday if not sooner.
We are seeking any assistance possible in covering what will be any medical costs, funeral arrangements, burial costs, and to maintain our bills while I take this half-week to be with our kids through what is going to be the absolute hardest thing we have ever endured.
Any help received is dearly appreciated and I will be posting updates along with pictures of our boy when he arrives.
