Hi everyone! This is our friend Lori Dunford aka "LaLa". A lot of you probably already know her, especially if you're from the Buckhorn area. Lori is a beautiful, strong and mighty wee woman and needs help as she is fighting for her health right now. This is Lori's Fight Story.
In January of this year, Lori went in for tests because of a cough that wouldn't go away. She ended up having a few more tests and x-rays done as well as a CT scan. The results were stage 3 lung cancer. She started chemo immediately in Peterborough and will continue treatments into May.
Lori needs our support! LaLa's catering is on hold and she is unable to work at this time. As everyone knows, there are huge expenses involved - parking, meals, not to mention household expenses.
This has been very stressful news for Lori, Mike, family and friends. PLEASE HELP HER FIGHT. If you know LaLa or her family at all, you know they are truly beautiful people, inside and out.
